The Club That Keeps You Consistent, Disciplined and Inline With Your Goals

ChabFit Club is the first community based offering Chabfit has ever introduced, for 5+ years we have been limited to 1-1 clients, serving lifestyle as well competitive bodybuilding & powerlifting.

We designed ChabFit Club to serve as a place someone could go to get started on their journey of health and fitness, maintain whatever journey they're currently on or even to grow competitively with a team along side

What is Included in chabfit?

Three Custom Workout Programs

Strength Builder Program

Within the strength builder program you will receive a custom program similar to those Brent used in "meet prep" when he broke multiple unofficial world records.

The goal of this program will be to increase overall strength on the three main compound movements (squat, bench & dead lift). As well, increase overall functional strength.

Uniquely in the strength builder program, it is designed not to compromise physique goals in the process and you will see many high rep range movements.

Muscle Building Program

Within the muscle builder program you are looking at a program to increase muscle mass and size.

These programs are inspired by the time Brent spends coaching and working with competitive 1-1 clients in the Body Building world.

In this program, you will find an ideal split paired with some of everything. Compound movements, accessory movements and even some cardio.. I know.

ChabFit Chick Program

Within the ChabFit Chick program we have a large focus on lower body muscle building and overall volume of movements.

This program is ideal for someone who wants to gain muscle or lose body fat to achieve their desired physique.

Inside The Community You Will Receive

Program Specific Group Chats

With each program there is a corresponding group chat to discuss workout results, share progress, ask questions and to stay accountable with others doing the same thing as you.

If you are thinking of trying one of the other programs next, or think the results from a different option may be better suited to you. You will be able to see here people interacting across programs and breaking down exactly what they're doing.

Weekly Live Calls With Brent

2-3 times per week we will host a live Q&A with Brent where members across groups are able to ask questions and get custom support.

What If I've Never Worked With A Trainer Before?

You do not need to have worked with a trainer before to join ChabFit Club. Believe it or not, you don't even need to have ever had a gym membership before.

On your onboarding call Brent will help you select the program that closest aligns with your goals and what you currently have access to.

Is The Group For Beginners or Advanced Lifters?

The way ChabFit Club has been designed is to accommodate to those who at the beginning of their journey and those who have already spent time in this pursuit. The way we do that is having programs geared towards these varying levels of difficulty as well equipment range and what you have access to.

Will I Get To Ask Brent Questions?

Yes Brent is active in the community & hosts weekly live calls where you have the ability to ask him any questions that you may have.

Is There a Guarantee That I Accomplish a Certain Goal?

Where ChabFit Club and getting in shape is largely dependent on your own level of effort, there is no way we can guarantee that outcome. However, I've never seen anyone follow a meal plan and train hard for an extend period of time and not see results.

Is There A LifeTime Membership Option?

Right now the only way to receive life time access to the ChabFit club is by working with head coach Brent 1-1 for a minimum of 4 months +
